What is this book?

Class 7 students use Microsoft Word, presentation tools and email, learn the logic of loops and "divide and conquer", discover how a computer understands information with binary and decimal systems, and study the cyber world and cybercrime. A final unit on entrepreneurship links technology with design thinking and the Sustainable Development Goals.

The book ends with a glossary, which is useful for revising computer terms before tests. A good way to use it is to pick five new words after each lesson, write them in a small notebook with a one-line meaning in your own words, and test yourself at the weekend. Students who do this usually find the end-of-term test much less stressful, because the vocabulary of computing is already familiar.
