What is in the Class 6 pack

Class 6 is the change-over year. English comes with a novel (Around the World in Eighty Days), Mathematics is New Countdown 6 (Enhanced Blended Edition), Science has a Textbook and a Workbook (Oxford Science Fact File 6), and Social Studies is replaced by History and Geography of Pakistan, Book 1 of each. Urdu, Islamiyat and Sindhi continue, Computer Studies is Online With Smart Computing-6, and a Tadrees-e-Quran book takes the place of the Naazrah Para books.

Books in the Class 6 pack (12 books)

Titles and publishers are shown as printed on the school booklist, and we supply the latest edition of each title. TSS stands for The Smart School.

Notebooks and stationery in the Class 6 pack (17 items)

Recommended by the school (not counted above): Collin's Concise School Dictionary (Peak Publisher). Ask for it on WhatsApp if you want it with your order.

What changes from Class 5

The publisher changes for most subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, History and Geography are all OUP titles. There is no Mathematics Workbook and no Urdu reader set any more, History and Geography replace Social Studies, and the Tadrees-e-Quran book comes from The Ilm Foundation. The notebook set has 17 items, led by seven single-lined notebooks for English, Mathematics and History, and the drawing book is gone. The novel, Jules Verne's Around the World in Eighty Days, follows Phileas Fogg's bet that he can travel round the world in eighty days.

Using the Class 6 pack in session 2027-28

This page is written for the 2027-28 session. School booklists can change from one year to the next, so before you order, hold your child's current Class 6 booklist against the tables above. If you send us a photo of the list on WhatsApp we compare it with this pack and tell you what matches. Ordering the whole set in one go means it reaches you in one parcel instead of being collected shop by shop.

Questions parents ask about the Class 6 pack

Is this pack for session 2027-28?

Yes. It is written for session 2027-28 and follows the school booklist for Class 6. If your child's list differs in any way, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will check it against the pack.

Which novel is on the Class 6 list?

Around the World in Eighty Days (OUP), listed as the English Reader. It has its own page here if you want to buy it on its own.

Why is there no Naazrah Quran book in Class 6?

The booklist has a Tadrees-e-Quran Majeed book instead: Mutala-e-Quran-e-Hakeem, Jamaat Shashum, from The Ilm Foundation. It comes with one Urdu-ruled notebook in the TSS-NB-3 set.

Are the notebooks part of the Class 6 pack?

Yes. The notebooks and stationery in the second table are part of this pack, in the quantities the booklist gives, so one order covers the books and the notebooks together.

Can I buy single books instead of the whole pack?

Yes. Some titles of this class have their own page, so you can order them one by one: Around the World in Eighty Days (Novel); Secondary History of Pakistan Book 1 by Dean Smart; Secondary Geography of Pakistan Book 1 by Dean Smart. For any other title on the list, ask on WhatsApp.

How is the pack delivered and paid for?

Cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan; delivery to the Gulf countries is also possible and we tell you the payment method on WhatsApp. You can also collect it from our shop in Urdu Bazar, Lahore.
